Raffaele Donnarumma (born 1969) teaches Contemporary Italian Literature at the University of Pisa. He is member of the Editorial Board of Allegoria. He studied at the Scuola Normale Superiore, Pisa, taught there and at the University of Siena and the Università per Stranieri, Siena.
His current research interests include Gadda, Calvino, Modernist fiction, the postmodern, the evolution of contemporary narrative, and the theme of terrorism in the Italian novel, as well as teaching literature in secondary schools.
